Barnes Buildings is contracted to build two buildings in late June/ early July. Two buildings are the Municipal Light Building (25,000 SF) and the Water/Sewer Building (23,000 SF). These two buildings are a combination of Pre-engineered steel and conventional framed structural steel. Another special attribute of these buildings are that the wall and roof panels are both foam insulated by IPS which is a subsidiary of NCI builders.
